I received a 13 out of 24 on the stress quiz.
What stresses me out the most is homework and my current relationship. Being piled on with homework and school, having bumps in my relationship really brings amounts of stress on my life. How I try to deal with it is drawing as a break from it all and once I feel calm, I pick up on where I left off.
The number one cause of student stress is school and the work in it and especially drama with friends, relationships, family, etc. Four good stress breakers is to do activities that are known to calm you and brings peace to your mind. Take a few power naps, hang out with friends and family, and watch some tv.

  2. That is true homework can be stress but once you complete it it takes away one stress problem off of you. not doing your homework will stress you out more because it keeps reminding you the due date which stresses you out more because of what ever plans you could have.
